COCM在每年年底舉辦的大型福音性營會。其主要目標是福音佈道，將福音傳給慕道朋友，堅固初信徒的信仰，且讓有心委身的弟兄姐妹通過服侍來成長。

夏季合家歡

每年的夏季合家歡將以一個主題展開，結合各類形式如主題信息，專題講座、小組分享等對這一主題進行探討。同時針對不同的對像在具體內容上會有一些調整，讓營友在豐富多彩的活動中讓慕道朋友深入並完整地認識福音；堅固初信徒的信仰；並培養願意委身的弟兄姐妹成為未來教會或者團契的領袖。

廣東話夏令營

廣東話夏令營旨在幫助參與者在八月底的長週末（週六、週日和銀行假日週一）放鬆身心，煥發活力。 每年，我們都會有一個聖經主題與來自英國各地的其他基督徒一起學習和追求。 此外，還有研討會為個人和家庭在英國定居提供實際支持。 整個營地為成人、青少年和兒童同時舉辦三個單獨的項目，歡迎基督徒和非基督徒。

復活節學生營

復活節學生營是 COCM 在每年復活節期間舉辦的大型基督徒栽培造就性營會。其主要目的是藉著營會挑戰基督徒在主裡的生命，學習順服、委身、跟隨、彼此扶持，彼此服事。

福音佈道隊

COCM 佈道隊於2010 年5 月成立，於每年8 月到11 月期間到英國及歐洲不同城市與當地教會及團契合作進行學生佈道工作，主要對象為講普通話的學生，工作包括個人佈道及陪談訓練、校園福音工作、舉行大小型佈道會及會後跟進工作等。

TEE

「信徒進深」函授課程是 COCM 為英國及歐陸的華人教會和信徒所設立，學員可以以函授方法，按適合自己的進度，在聖經、神學、靈命操練和事奉上得到進修的機會。

义工项目

COCM的義工計劃主要藉助COCM宣教機構這個平台，召募有心志的年輕信徒來實際參與我們的宣教事奉，讓信徒有機會了解宣教工場的第一線情況，親身體驗宣教士的生活，並在其中得到實際服事的訓練，效法耶穌謙卑服事的榜樣。
